The Story Behind The PipMasterr Trading Group
Founded in 2022, The PipMasterr Trading Group (TPTG) began as a vision to turn shared trading interests into a thriving educational platform. That vision belonged to Yarnell Russell, a passionate trader who launched a one-month pilot program with just 16 members. What started as a small group quickly evolved into something extraordinary—a global community of committed traders learning, growing, and winning together.
Meet the Founder: Dr. Yarnell Russell
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Yarnell Russell is a proud graduate of Roosevelt High School. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (Magna Cum Laude) from Columbia Southern University. After seeking higher education and continuing to impact lives through teaching and mentorship, Yarnell was honored with an Honorary Doctorate from Rich University—a recognition of his dedication to excellence and leadership in financial education.
Yarnell is a 31-year U.S. Army veteran, having served his country with distinction and honor. His natural drive for success has led him through several entrepreneurial ventures, including a successful stint in real estate investing and the ownership of a roofing and general contracting company, which he led for nearly three years before being deployed to Iraq.
The Making of “The PipMasterr”
Yarnell began trading stocks in the late 1990s, seeing notable gains with companies like Microsoft, Apple, RedHat, and Starbucks. In 2015, he took a strategic risk by investing in Bitcoin, which resulted in significant returns.
In 2017, a fellow military colleague introduced him to the Forex market—a turning point that transformed his trading career. From that moment on, he immersed himself in the world of currency and futures trading, developing proven strategies and cultivating a winning mindset.
Now known as "The PipMasterr," Yarnell combines decades of real-world experience, military discipline, and a heart for mentorship to lead one of the most dynamic trading communities around.
